The City of Vermilion is a great boating community.

Located in the the center of Lake Erie, the port of Vermilion is an ideal boating destination with small town charm. From Perch and Walleye fishing, to pleasure cruising and water sports, you'll find plenty of fun in the waters off of Vermilion.

The Vermilion River is a scenic gem which includes a mix of cape cod style residences, fine dining, and many boating related businesses.

In the center of Vermilion, within walking distance from the River, is a historic district which is host to two festivals and a summer full of events. Entertainment for the entire family can be found all summer long.
